Bio

Trey is a skilled litigator and advisor who helps clients navigate complex legal issues with practical and effective solutions. He represents clients in California at every phase of a dispute, from pre-lawsuit negotiations through trial and arbitration.

Having represented both individuals and employers, Trey brings a unique perspective to his practice. His time advising companies on compliant workplace policies and practices gives him an edge in understanding how companies approach legal disputes – an advantage he now uses to advocate for workers and create real change.

Trey has resolved millions of dollars in lawsuits while working at two of the nation’s top 100 law firms. His legal experience also includes work on high-stakes personal injury cases and the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office’s Affirmative Litigation Team where he enforced local policies on climate change, housing, and sanctuary cities.

Trey is a proud fifth-generation Californian and Oakland native residing in San Francisco.
